Industrial wastewater treatment process
Surface treatment wastewater
1. Polishing and polishing wastewater
In the process of polishing and polishing the parts, due to the presence of abrasives and polishing agents, the main pollutants in the wastewater are BOD, SS. Generally, refer to the following treatment process for treatment: wastewater → regulating tank → coagulation reaction tank → sedimentation tank → hydrolysis acidification tank → aerobic tank → secondary settling tank → filtration → discharge
2. Degreasing and degreasing wastewater
Common degreasing processes include: organic solvent degreasing, chemical degreasing, electrochemical degreasing, and ultrasonic degreasing. In addition to organic solvent degreasing, the main pollutants in wastewater are pH, SS, COD, BOD, petroleum, chroma, etc. due to the degreasing agent composed of alkaline substances, surfactants, and corrosion inhibitors in other degreasing processes.
Generally, you can refer to the following treatment processes for treatment: wastewater → grease trap → regulating tank → air flotation equipment → anaerobic or hydrolytic acidification → aerobic biochemistry → precipitation → filtration or adsorption → discharge. This type of waste water generally contains emulsified oil and is undergoing gas CaCl2 demulsifier should be added before flotation to break the emulsified oil, which is beneficial to the removal with air flotation equipment. When the COD concentration in the wastewater is high, anaerobic biochemical treatment can be used first, if not high, only aerobic biochemical treatment can be used.
