Step 1:Raw materials | Commonly used materials for rotary valves are steel plate, round steel, and seamless steel pipe. The material is selected according to the requirements of the drawings. |
Step 2:Feeding | Cutting by laser cutting, precision casting, shearing, folding and other methods. |
Step 3:Parts processing | Process the parts according to the drawings, pre-process the assembly welding parts, and implement the finishing processing of the parts after assembly welding. |
Step 4:Surface treatment | Stainless steel rotary valve, the flow surface is mirror polished, the outer surface is shot blasted with glass sand, and then assembled. For carbon steel materials, the surface is cleaned and assembled, and the outer surface of the equipment is sprayed with anti-rust paint and top paint. |
Step 5:Rotary valve assembly | Assemble the parts and reducer motor according to the diagram, and self-check the assembly quality step by step. |
Step 6:Inspection test | Check whether the equipment is consistent with the drawings, check the gap between the rotor and the valve body, energize and test drive, and take a video file for future reference. |
